Returns and Cancellations
All our products are made to order, and as such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please double-check your order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions before placing an order, we’re always happy to help at hello@solisprints.co.uk.
Damages and Issues
We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged in transit, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@solisprints.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, this right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items, including all prints purchased from Solis Prints, as they are created individually to order. If you believe your order is eligible for cancellation under EU regulations, or if it has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@solisprints.co.uk.
