Description
Wood of Cree frames a sunlit ruin beside a clear wooded stream, where high green canopies, mossy stones and warm sandstone arches create a sheltered, richly textured scene.
A shallow stream slips between dark stones beneath tall deciduous trees, its bright surface catching gaps in the foliage. Beyond the bank, a roofless sandstone building rises through the woodland with tall pointed openings and broken gables. Golden leaves, deep green shade and the pale evening sky give the composition a quiet woodland glow.
