Description
Open fields stretch across Sunnyside beneath a wide, cloud-filled sky, giving the rural view a calm and spacious mood The view holds the eye on the surrounding place.
The foreground is a gently sloping field edged by grasses and low hedges. Beyond it, broad green fields form horizontal bands, divided by hedgerows and a few scattered trees.
A small group of buildings rests near the middle distance, while a thin line of trees marks the horizon. Large clouds gather at both sides of the blue sky, leaving a bright opening above the fields. The scene’s appeal comes from its simple rural structure and long view across cultivated ground. Sunnyside is presented through its open farmland, where the changing field boundaries lead towards the distant settlement.
