Description
Praia da Ursa’s sea stacks give the Atlantic shore a quiet, monumental presence, while the clear relation between land and water keeps the scene grounded in its coastal setting.
Pale rock towers stand apart from the darker cliff, while water shifts from deep blue to turquoise near shore. Small waves trace the beach and low scrub follows the slope above it. Open sky keeps the view spacious.
Praia da Ursa rewards the walk down from the Sintra cliffs with a view that changes at every tide. This print recalls the contrast visitors meet between the high path and cool water below, where pointed stacks rise close to the sand. The view holds the shore, water and distant land in one frame, much as they meet when seen from the nearby coast.
