At the centre, an angel holds a cluster of grapes, while another figure works within a large wooden vat, suggesting the process of treading grapes for wine. To the right, a figure uses a sickle to harvest grain, connecting the imagery to the agricultural cycles often used in religious texts to represent the final judgement.

Above the central figures, a divine presence appears within the clouds, flanked by smaller angelic forms. The scene is framed by decorative corner motifs, typical of the Mannerist influence present in the Low Countries during this period.
