Description
Narberth’s Old Town Hall gives this street view a settled focus, its clock above the entrance lending the Pembrokeshire town a calm, everyday character.
Buildings line the rising road on either side, with pale walls and slate roofs leading towards the stone hall. Its small clock sits high on the front beneath a pointed roof. Beyond the rooftops, green hills meet a sky crossed by broad white clouds. The quiet street leaves the civic building at the centre of the scene.
The view suits a visitor who has walked Narberth’s compact streets and remembers the change in level around the town centre. The hall remains easy to pick out between the neighbouring façades, while the distant hills place the town within the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside.
