Description
Mull of Galloway lends a room the bold presence of Scotland's coastal lighthouse, with warm whites and purple heather creating a lively accent rooted in a much-loved place.
The lantern's dark metal frame and diamond panes crown a tall cylindrical tower. Small narrow windows break the white shaft, with a latticed balcony projecting below the glass. At its foot, low keeper's roofs and a paired chimney sit behind a rising bank of purple flowers and yellow-green grass.
This close view of Mull of Galloway centres on the lighthouse itself, not a distant coastal panorama.
