This ink wash painting by the Japanese artist Yokoi Kinkoku depicts the iconic silhouette of Mount Fuji. Kinkoku, a monk and painter associated with the Bunjinga tradition, often infused his work with a sense of personal observation rather than strict adherence to academic conventions.
