Description
Marloes Sands curves below tall sunlit cliffs, with a wildflower headland above golden sand and fine white surf tracing a warm, expansive Pembrokeshire evening.
The beach is shown at low water, its wet sand reflecting bands of peach and cream beneath the retreating tide. Striated cliff faces rise sharply along the bay, interrupted by dark boulders at their base and a rounded headland in the distance. Pink thrift and yellow flowers edge the rocky foreground, set against a sky of layered apricot and lilac cloud.
For visitors, Marloes Sands brings together the long walk along the shore and the high viewpoint that reveals the whole curve of the bay.
