Description
Kirriereoch Hill rises above a dark blue loch, its craggy crown and green flanks set beyond field patterns, heather and granite boulders in Dumfries and Galloway.
A pale rocky cap breaks the rounded summit, with darker seams running through green slopes below it. Field boundaries gather around small groups of trees, and a narrow loch curves beneath the hill in cool blue. Large grey boulders occupy the nearer ground beside russet heather, while distant ridges fade behind the upper slope.
