Description
King's Forest places an ancient stone circle and capstone beneath tall pines, with clear blue sky and sunlit meadow opening behind the weathered stones.
Upright stones stand in a rough circle beneath mature pines, their grey surfaces marked by warm sun and deep shadow. A broad capstone rests across two supports at the right, while the ground falls away to a green meadow and distant blue hills. The tall trunks create a vertical frame around the weathered forms, giving the clearing a quiet, ceremonial focus.
For a visitor to King's Forest, the scene brings the surprise of finding old stonework among the trees. It balances the close presence of the monument with open country beyond, inviting a slower look at the carved shapes, pine canopy and changing light across the grass.
