Description
Epping Forest is shown through the trunk of an old tree, its sunlit path drawing the eye into a quiet woodland interior, creating a calm sense of place.
A broad trunk rises near the centre and divides into spreading branches beneath a canopy of small leaves. The path curves over a carpet of brown leaf litter, with lighter clearings visible between the trees. Dappled light falls across the forest floor.
The view captures the changing shade of Epping Forest, where a familiar path can feel enclosed by mature trees. For local walkers, the turn in the track and the broad trunk suggest a place where routes are marked by the woodland itself. The path remains visible between the trees, with the old trunk giving this stretch of woodland a recognisable centre.
