Description
Ellon is framed by a broad stone bridge, still river reflections and a soaring church spire, beneath billowing summer clouds that open above the Aberdeenshire rooftops.
At the water's edge, three generous arches carry the bridge across a dark, mirror-like river. Pale gabled houses sit behind it, while the church's narrow spire cuts into blue sky. Reed beds and leafy trees soften the banks, and a small patch of white cloud drifts over the roofs.
