Description
Coombe Hill / Bloody Meadow centres a tall stone monument above sunlit fields, its tapering form holding steady beneath a wide blue sky and drifting white cloud.
Rough pale slabs form a raised base on the hilltop, with the weathered obelisk climbing from their square steps. Grass and low scrub surround the viewpoint before dropping to a quilt of green and gold farmland. A thin wooded band marks the horizon, while long clouds stretch across a clean field of blue.
