Description
A stony path climbs the open ridge of Carnedd Llewelyn, creating a clear sense of height and solitude with the path continuing towards distant peaks.
The rough track winds towards the summit across a broad, treeless slope. A small brown horse stands on the hillside, dwarfed by the mountain and the distant layers of blue peaks. Low cloud casts soft shadows across the grass, while broken stones mark the path in the foreground. Carnedd Llewelyn is shown as open upland, with little to interrupt the view across the ridge.
For walkers who have climbed here, the exposed path and wide mountain outlook may bring back the feeling of leaving the valley behind. The horse offers a small point of scale against the long slope.
