Description
Brei Holm’s low, green-topped sea stacks sit beyond a rocky shore, with bright water and cloud banks opening across the view beneath tall, bright cumulus clouds.
The place facts name Brei Holm and Maiden Stack, and identify the Shetland Islands as the region. The image shows a row of low rocky outcrops offshore, their dark faces topped with green. From the foreground shore the view crosses open water to these named island forms and a low distant coast.
Pale stones and grass descend through the lower left corner. Across the blue sea, separate sections of rock form an uneven line at the water’s edge, with white surf tracing their bases.
