How are your prints made?

Every Solis print is made to order. We print on demand at the production hub nearest to your delivery address, which keeps waste low and gets your order to you faster. Our designs are created in Britain.

What quality can I expect?

All prints are produced as 12-colour giclée on FSC-certified archival paper, for rich, long-lasting colour.

Do framed prints arrive ready to hang?

Yes. Framed prints ship ready to hang, complete with fixings and a simple hanging guide.

What is your returns policy?

Because every print is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations on change-of-mind orders. However, if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge — just contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Customers in the EU have a 14-day cooling-off right.
