Sea Lane off Kazusa Province is a notable woodblock print from the series Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji. Produced during the Edo period, this work demonstrates Hokusai's mastery of composition and his application of Prussian blue, a pigment that had recently become available to Japanese artists. The print depicts two large cargo vessels, known as sengokubune, navigating the waters off the coast of Kazusa Province.
