Penclegyr on the Pembrokeshire coast projects into clear blue water, its broken grey rocks and grassy clifftops lit above white foam and summer flowers near the edge.
Penclegyr lies on the rugged coast near Abereiddy in Pembrokeshire. This stretch towards St David’s Head combines headlands with small coves, shaped by resistant rocks and long marine erosion. The coast path links cliff-edge scenery with inland fields and traditional farming country.
Broken grey rock pushes out from a green headland, split by a deep dark cleft on the right. White foam curls around its base in bright blue water. Grassy slopes enclose both sides of the near view, where tiny white flowers and reddish seed stems stand against the sea beneath a clear summer sky.
