Beschreibung
Jolly Drovers Maze winds around a brick tower, with clipped green hedges and a distant hill giving the enclosed garden a settled, curious mood.
The maze fills the foreground with curved brick walls and clipped hedges that turn around one another. On the left, an octagonal tower rises above the greenery, its dark roof sharply outlined against the evening sky. Trees gather behind the paths, with a wide hill beyond them.
Jolly Drovers Maze brings the play of finding a route into a compact view of garden and tower. The walls hide the next turn while the elevated structure overlooks the paths. For a visitor who has walked the maze, the alternating green hedges and warm brickwork may bring back its winding route beneath the open hill.
