Beschreibung
Beggar's Bridge curves above the dark River Esk, its warm stone arch framed by wooded banks, pale cloud bands and flowers along the near shore.
The parapet climbs to a raised crest, then slopes down across the right side of the view. Pale peach and grey blocks mark the bridge face, while broad steps meet the water at the left. A small gate stands beyond the far approach beneath layered tree canopies.
At Glaisdale, Beggar's Bridge crosses the River Esk. The opening beneath the arch reveals a green bank beyond, and the bridge sits between dense woodland and the flowered foreground. Dark reflections lie below the span, and pale clouds stretch across blue sky above the trees.
