A minimalist digital composition exploring the subtle interplay of dark tones and geometric division.
This work by GRB I presents a study in monochromatic reduction. The composition relies on the subtle interplay of dark, near-black tones, divided by a vertical boundary that suggests a shift in light or texture. By stripping away representational elements, the artist focuses the viewer on the physical properties of the surface and the relationship between adjacent planes of colour.
The aesthetic aligns with the traditions of minimalism, where the absence of narrative allows the viewer to engage directly with the visual field.
