Beskrivning
The Bottle Inn, Marshwood is pictured as a thatched country pub with a garden setting, giving the scene a quiet village feel, leaving the view open, calm and easy to remember.
A long thatched roof slopes above pale cottage walls, with two chimneys breaking the roofline. Wooden picnic tables sit on the grass in front, bordered by low shrubs and a small tree. Warm light touches the building while the dark doorway and windows face the garden.
The Bottle Inn, Marshwood is a rural pub set among the lanes of the Marshwood Vale. Its thatched roof and garden tables make the building’s traditional form central to the view. For people who have stopped here on a walk or country drive, the scene recalls the simple transition from lane to sheltered garden beneath the broad thatch.
