Beskrivning
Snow softens Slieve Bearnagh in County Down, with dark scattered boulders leading towards rounded white ridges and a low winter sun warming the pale clouds above the Mourne peaks.
Slieve Bearnagh stands among the Mourne summits of Northern Ireland’s County Down. Winter mist gathers over its snowy upper slopes in this view. The surrounding uplands combine broad mountain shoulders with exposed stone, giving the range a varied, rocky outline.
A tall dark boulder stands left of centre, its face dusted with white. Smaller rounded stones interrupt the unbroken snow across the near ground. Blue-grey gullies descend from the central ridge towards a narrow shadowed strip below. Behind the peaks, the low sun brightens thin cream clouds, leaving soft lavender tones across the shaded slopes.
