Beskrivning
Pack and Prime Lane rises between old stone walls and close-set buildings, giving this narrow street scene a sheltered, historic character along its uphill route.
The lane climbs towards a cluster of rooftops, with rough stonework enclosing the path on both sides. A tall building and chimney stand close to the right edge, while a break in the buildings opens a view towards the town below. Clouded light falls across the upper walls and the uneven paving.
Pack and Prime Lane presents the kind of steep passage that rewards a slow walk through an older town. Its enclosed route and glimpsed rooftops give a sense of moving between the street and the wider view beyond, with the weathered walls guiding the eye uphill.
