Beskrivning
Lampeter's small church spire rises above a compact Welsh town, giving this view a settled character shaped by nearby farmland and the low hills beyond.
The village spreads across the middle of the image, its pale buildings separated by trees and gardens. A church spire rises near the centre, while fields step down the foreground in bands of green. Low hills close the view beneath a clear, cloud-brushed sky.
The artwork presents Lampeter as a town set within the Ceredigion countryside. Residents and returning visitors may recognise the close scale of the rooftops and the farmland that begins just beyond them, with the spire providing a landmark above the town. The open sky sits above the visible land and water.
