Harlow, Essex, United Kingdom’s modern civic architecture is reflected in a long still pool, giving the town view a measured, contemporary calm, with the open view giving the scene a clear sense of scale.
The pale building occupies the left, its repeated windows following the line of the pool. A paved walkway runs beside the water, with shrubs and small trees along the far edge. Beyond them, a low block sits beneath a narrow green spire, while clouds gather across the blue sky.
The image shows Harlow, Essex, United Kingdom through its planned modern spaces and clean lines.
