Beskrivning
Bearsted's village sign stands at the edge of a broad green, its carved figure overlooking an open sweep of grass and the red roofs beyond in Kent.
Bearsted's Kent setting brings clustered village buildings close to open grass. Gabled facades face the near edge, while a group of pointed roofs rises farther back. Chimney stacks punctuate the red tiles, and a low brick wall runs beneath leafy trees.
Broad bands of yellow-green light stretch across the lawn, broken by the darker shade of the foreground. The tall signpost gives a vertical accent against cream clouds, with its small carved details picked out above the timber shaft. A curving road touches the left edge, connecting Bearsted's open village centre to the buildings around it.
