Beskrivning
A winding river draws the eye through Annandale’s broad valley, where sunset light warms the hills and gives the scene a settled calm beneath peach and gold clouds.
The river bends across open fields before narrowing between two rising hills. Dark tree lines follow parts of the valley, and a simple fence crosses the near slope. Above, layered clouds catch peach and gold light, while the distant ridges fade into a softer shade. The river reflects the warm sky in long, pale bands.
Annandale’s valley character comes through in the linked river, fields and enclosing hills. The view suggests a quiet evening walk beside the water, with the fence leading down towards the broad curve in the river.
