Beschrijving
Three Cliffs Bay in Wales is framed by pale sand, open blue water and rounded green slopes, with limestone headlands projecting into the surf beneath a broad summer sky.
From the high slope, a crescent of sand runs below patchwork green land and a distant line of houses. White surf traces the blue sea around rocky points; a near headland angles across the lower left. The shoreline narrows towards the central inlet, where cliffs rise above the water.
Visit Swansea Bay places Three Cliffs Bay in its Gower beach guide, describing a wilder shore of sand dunes, salt marsh and signature limestone cliffs. The Gower Coast Path follows this stretch of coast, taking in the beach and its surrounding headlands.
