Beschrijving
Saint Bees brings sea, sand and a green headland into view, while a footpath and timber gate lead across the grassy foreground towards houses beside the shore.
Rounded cream clouds gather across the blue sky. Green and ochre field bands cross the inland slope behind the ridge. White houses with dark roofs form a close line beyond the beach, while pale wave edges meet the sand beside a row of dark groynes.
At Saint Bees, houses gather beside the bay, with the headland rising beyond the sand. The gate and footpath set a walking route in the foreground, leading towards the coast. For anyone drawn to Cumbrian seaside walks, that sequence links village, open water and green slope in one view of the place.
