Beschrijving
Lowlandman's Bay, Jura forms a broad sheltered curve beneath low island hills, with pale shore margins, scattered trees and green meadows sloping towards clear blue water in the middle distance.
Red-tipped shrubs break through the short turf at the lower edge. Beyond them, a band of dark trees follows the fold of a shallow valley. The shore turns gently towards a low point on the right, with grey rock appearing between narrow patches of sand.
The retained source identifies Lowlandman's Bay, Jura, also locally called Fisherman's Bay. This open hillside outlook gives the inlet a broad, quiet setting rather than concentrating on one small stretch of beach. The smooth water contrasts with the separate grassy folds, while the low surrounding hills leave a generous area of sky above the bay.
