Beschreibung
Vale opens along a green Calderdale valley, with scattered stone houses, a curving route and patchwork slopes drawing the eye between wooded hollows and the higher open ground beyond.
Long grasses cover the nearest steep bank, broken by pale exposed rock. Below, a bright narrow line bends through a cluster of small roofs. Across the hollow, dark trees follow the folds of the hillside, leaving lighter fields open between them and the distant ridge.
The retained view looks from Low Moor up the valley towards Vale in Calderdale. This specific outlook gathers rural homes, routes and enclosed ground into a broad sweep of hillside. The valley's depth remains clear beneath the far slopes, with sunlight catching the upper fields and leaving the thicker woodland in cool shade.
