River Teith in Stirling reflects a warm stone bridge and pale riverside houses, with leafy green banks below distant hills beneath high cream clouds on a clear summer afternoon.
The Teith forms at Callander from rivers draining Loch Venachar and Loch Lubnaig. It continues past Deanston and Doune before meeting the Forth upstream of Stirling. This river corridor connects the lochs of the Trossachs with the lower Forth valley through a succession of historic settlements.
River Teith carries broken green reflections towards two warm stone bridge arches and pale houses beyond. A paved path curves around the left bank beside smooth grass and tall leafy trees. Dark blue water fills the near channel below low green hills. High cream clouds and fully grown riverside foliage suggest a clear summer afternoon along the sheltered town reach.
