Beskrivning
A wooded hillside shelters Blackpool Sands in Devon, where a wide golden beach curves around clear blue water and a small white boat rests beyond the gentle shore break.
Blackpool Sands is a beach near Dartmouth within the South Devon National Landscape. The coast road reaches it between Stoke Fleming and Strete. Parking is available beside the beach, making this sheltered bay accessible from the coastal road.
A long pale crescent wraps around the bay beneath a thick green canopy. Small light buildings cluster at the edge of the trees, while a blue stream mouth curves through the near shore. Beyond the thin white surf line, a single boat sits on clear water. Sunlit rock breaks through the wooded slope at the far point.
